I'm 70 years old, and have purchased a lot of cars. I typically have dreaded that whole process with only a couple of exceptions over all these years until a couple of days ago. I'm in Wisconsin, and prior to my trip to Nelson for a specific model that isn't that easy to find, I made two trips to Schaumburg to look at others of the same. The highlight of that second trip was a stop at Culvers. Those cars were either misrepresented or in need of repair. I had only one make and model in mind (used, since they don't make them anymore) with Nelson, and I had a couple of things I was hoping for in order to feel really happy with my decision to buy this particular car. There was no back and forth of, "well, we can do that, but only to this point". They were very accommodating to my requests. I'm not saying you can ask for the pie in the sky and expect to get it, but I thought I was fairly reasonable in what I was asking for, and they fulfilled every one of my requests. After all was done, Gary walked me out to the car to show me what else they would be doing for me to the vehicle before I took delivery at my home. This was over and above whatever I had any aspirations of expecting. If you are shopping, give these guys a shot. Next time we are thinking about another vehicle, I know where we will be shopping. They are the most professional folks I have worked with to buy a car.

Live in Wisconsin and found a car my wife really liked on the website. Negotiated price over phone, was told the total to bring to purchase the car and lo and behold that was the total!!!
