I like to say that I have been in the car business since I was 16 and I bought my first car (against my parent’s wishes, and without their knowledge). And even though I lost money on that first one (I had to sell it quick when my parents found out!) I loved the idea of buying and selling cars. I started with just one car and kept working to turn that one car into what the dealership is today. I am an ardent believer in running a car dealership like a business, and not like a typical dealership! I am committed to customer satisfaction and to prove that I put my personal cell phone online so that a customer can always get ahold of me if they have an issue. Originally from Michigan, I've proudly called Mt. Prospect home for the past 15 years, following my graduation from Northwood University. My professional journey has been centered at Nelson Automotive, where I've built my career—except for a brief period in Maryland.
Married for 14 years, my spouse and I are the proud parents of three boys aged 3 to 9. Our family enjoys traveling to new destinations, unwinding on sunny beaches, and exploring the great outdoors.

I have been working at Nelson Automotive since the end of 2014, exactly 4 years after I bought a car from Eric and Matt. Over the time I have spent working at Nelson Automotive, I've had the opportunity to meet a great and diverse amount of people, which makes this job very interesting. In my free time I enjoy taking trips to museums, concerts, festivals and books stores, as well as, watching sports(Go BULLS) and learning new things.
Danny has been working with us since his High School graduation. He grew up in Elk Grove Village. He is currently attending College of DuPage pursuing a degree in Automotive Service Technology and working on his ASE Certification. He enjoys working on classic cars, and is currently rebuilding his 1962 Mercury Monterrey Convertible.
